Plan To Eat Customer’s Q&A
Plan To Eat Features and Benefits
Plan to Eat is a DIY recipe organizer, meal planner, and shopping list. Here are some of its key features and benefits:
-
Recipe Organizer: Add your own recipes from websites, cookbooks, recipe cards, or anywhere else. This tool is great for those with dietary restrictions as all the recipes you import can be specific to your needs and preferences.
-
Meal Planner: Quickly schedule meals using the meal planner. Make your own meal plans by adding recipes from your recipe book to your meal planning calendar. This helps add variety to your weekly recipe choices and adds some fun back into cooking.
-
Automated Shopping List: An organized shopping list is automatically created for you, with items arranged by store and aisle. This helps you save time and money by avoiding buying at random and spending money on items you won’t use or don’t need.
-
Save Time and Money: By planning your recipes, you always have an answer for “What’s for dinner?”. You don’t have to take the time to think of something to make, see if you have all the ingredients for it, and then go to the grocery store to fill in the gaps. You already have a plan and everything you need to execute it!
-
Waste Less Food: When you shop with an organized grocery list of ingredients you need for your recipes, you cut down on buying extra food that may not get used and go to waste.
-
Eating Together, At Home: The best part about meal planning is it reduces the number of times you need to pick up take-out or “forage” in your kitchen. This means you can get the family gathered around the table for a wholesome meal you enjoy together.
Plan to Eat is accessible across all devices and you can send your shopping list to grocery delivery. It also allows you to update recipe serving sizes and has a recipe ingredient search and filtering options. It's a comprehensive tool that simplifies the meal planning process.

Plan To Eat Return Policy?
PlanToEat.com has a 60-day 'no questions asked' refund policy for annual subscriptions purchased through their website. If a subscription is purchased and the customer is not happy with the service in the first 60 days, the support team can be emailed for a refund. Refunds should appear in the bank account approximately 5 business days after the refund request is processed.
For purchases made in the Apple App Store, refund requests need to be sent directly to Apple. This is because Apple does not allow PlanToEat.com to issue refunds for in-app purchases. To send a refund request to Apple, one needs to log in with their Apple ID and password, view their purchased apps, click on 'Report a Problem' next to the Plan to Eat purchase, choose a reason for the refund request, describe the problem in the comment box, and submit it to Apple. Apple gives refunds on a case-by-case, exception basis. If the refund is denied, one can contact Apple support for more information or a refund appeal.
The refund policy applies to both annual and monthly subscriptions. By default, PlanToEat.com does not automatically bill when the yearly subscription expires. The recipes will be safe until the subscription is renewed.
Please note that all sales are final in the App Store and Apple gives refunds on a case-by-case, exception basis. If the refund is denied, one can contact Apple support for more information or a refund appeal.
